ILT20 2025-26 to Kick Off on December 2 with Capitals vs Vipers Clash

The fourth season of the International League T20 (ILT20) is set to begin on December 2, 2025, with defending champions Dubai Capitals facing off against Desert Vipers in a high-voltage tournament opener in Dubai—a rematch of last season's final.

The tournament will feature four double-header days, with the league stage concluding on December 28. The playoffs will commence with Qualifier 1 on December 30, followed by the Eliminator on January 1, and Qualifier 2 on January 2. After a day's break, the final will be played on January 4, 2026, once again at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Other key early fixtures include Sharjah Warriorz vs Abu Dhabi Knight Riders on December 3, and Gulf Giants vs MI Emirates on December 4, marking the start of their respective campaigns.

All matches will be hosted across three venues in the UAE — the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, and the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi, maintaining the traditional structure of the league’s past editions.

The Dubai Capitals, who have made back-to-back appearances in the final, clinched their maiden title last season with a four-wicket victory over Desert Vipers. Prior to them, MI Emirates lifted the trophy in 2024, while Gulf Giants emerged as champions in the inaugural season in 2023.

The upcoming season promises another action-packed month of franchise T20 cricket, with top international stars and emerging talent set to light up the UAE once more.
