Amit Pasi Equals T20 Debut Record with Sensational 114

Baroda wicketkeeper-batter Amit Pasi lit up Hyderabad with a breathtaking 114 off 55 balls against Services, equalling Bilal Asif’s record for the highest score on T20 debut. His knock included ten fours and nine sixes, propelling Baroda to 220 for 5.

Despite the fireworks, Baroda failed to progress, finishing with 16 points. Services pushed hard in response, with openers Kunwar Pathak and Ravi Chauhan scoring 51 each in an 84-run partnership, but they eventually fell short by 13 runs. Raj Limbani starred for Baroda with 3 for 37.

Sai Sudharsan’s Ton Lifts TN to Dramatic Win

In a match with no qualification stakes, B Sai Sudharsan produced a sublime unbeaten 100 off 55 balls to lift Tamil Nadu from the bottom of the group to a fourth-place finish with a three-wicket win over Saurashtra.

Chasing 183, TN slipped to 29 for 3 before Sudharsan counterattacked. A blistering 37-run stand in just 13 balls with Sunny Sandhu put TN firmly on course, before Sudharsan sealed his century — and the victory — with a straight drive for four.

Punjab Seal Qualification with Big Win Over Gujarat

Naman Dhir’s rapid 61 off 36 and Harpreet Brar’s impactful all-round show powered Punjab to 188 for 8 and a 75-run win over Gujarat, securing their Super League spot.

Harpreet smashed 24 off eight balls, hammering Harshal Patel for 24 in an over. Gujarat stumbled in reply, folding for 113, with five Punjab bowlers picking two wickets each.

Haryana Knock Bengal Out

Haryana clinched the second qualification spot from Group C with a 24-run win against Bengal. Ankit Kumar (46), Nishant Sindhu (48), and Yashvardhan Dalal (31) helped set up a total of 191 for 9.

Despite Abhishek Porel’s 47 and Writtick Chatterjee’s 44, Bengal’s lower order collapsed. Mohammed Shami (4 for 30) and Akash Deep (2 for 32) bowled well, but Haryana’s 99-run surge in the second half proved decisive.

Rahane’s 95 Takes Mumbai to a Commanding Win*

Having already qualified, Mumbai capped their league stage with a nine-wicket win over Odisha. Ajinkya Rahane struck a masterful 95* off 56 to guide the chase of 168 with four overs to spare.

Rahane, assisted by Sarfaraz Khan’s powerplay assault and Angkrish Raghuvanshi’s unbeaten 38, also became Mumbai’s highest T20 run-scorer with 1727 runs, surpassing Suryakumar Yadav.
